What I saw
In a small business or a large group, whatever the sector, posts, the newsletter and internal life go through five tools and one overloaded person. So things get published whenever someone remembers.
The angle
All communication in one place, outside and in. AI helps write, the team reviews, chuchote schedules. And the tool stays quiet, as its name says.
Design decisions
04 01 One colour to act Lemon is only used for the main action on each screen. In a tool you open between two meetings, you should know where to click without reading.
02 What goes out, at a glance The next seven days fit on one strip: every post, every letter, with its day and time. Nobody has to wonder whether it went out.
03 Replace the workarounds Time off used to go through a separate form. In chuchote, working days are counted automatically, holidays and half-days included, and the right person decides.
04 An AI that doesn’t see everything The little white rabbit, the AI assistant, helps write and knows what’s scheduled and what’s due, never a contact, an address or a reason. Discretion is part of the design.
